This certification determines the strict EU requirements we need to comply with to be defined as Organic producers. Organic production respects natural systems and cycles, with the highest standards of animal protection. Biological and mechanical production processes and land-related production should be used to achieve sustainability, without having recourse to genetically modified organisms.

G.R.A.S.P is a voluntary ready-to-use module developed to assess social practices on the farm, addressing specific aspects of workers’ health, safety and welfare. It offers buyers added assurance and helps protect one of the farm’s most important resources: its people.
